We are hiring a Part-Time IOP Behavioral Health Specialist as we expand services throughout the State of Ohio!
Join us at Beyond Healthcare as a Part-Time IOP Behavioral Health Specialist where you'll be providing clinical support, advocacy, education coordination, and administrative tasks within our IOP program. This role requires a skilled and empathetic individual who is committed to promoting the well-being of our clients and ensuring a comprehensive and supportive environment.
Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday (3 days per week) 3:00pm-7:30pm
Job Responsibilities:

Assist in facilitating and co-facilitating group activities.
Serve as an advocate for clients.
Communicate with significant supports of the client.
Complete required agency and professional training.
Adhere to ethical and legal standards of professional practice.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of three years of experience in a social service field required. Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field is preferred.
Experience working with adolescents in a mental health treatment program or behavioral health setting, preferably in an intensive care setting.
QMHS - preferred
Familiarity facilitating behavioral health groups for adolescents preferred.
Familiarity with regulatory and ethical standards in the behavioral health field.
