Paint Shop Worker

The Paint Shop Worker plays a crucial role in the pre-painting preparation and post-painting touch-up of coaches and coach parts. Key responsibilities include preparing surfaces, detailing, cleaning, and ensuring the highest quality standards are met.
Responsibilities include:

Preparing coaches and parts for painting.
Masking and detailing coach surfaces.
Performing body repairs, sanding, buffing, and decaling as needed.
Cleaning and touching up finished painted coaches and parts.

Requirements
Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Previous experience in a paint shop or similar environment is an asset.
Attention to detail to ensure quality standards are met.
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
