Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving sales growth in the residential construction business. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales experience and exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively communicate our product offerings.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets.
Manage existing accounts by maintaining relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends to management.
Participate in business development initiatives to expand market presence.
Requirements
Proven experience in residential construction or related fields is preferred.
Strong background in direct sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Experience with account management and business development is highly desirable.
Excellent negotiation skills.
Ability to engage in cold calling and generate new leads independently.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on building rapport with clients.
