Job Overview
Night Rider Janitorial Services is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business customers and cross-selling to existing customers.
The ideal candidate will possess a excellent interpersonal communication skills, be a driven, self-starter, and have a disciplined work ethic.
Most sales positions require having experience, but not at Night Rider! We have a proven sales model, a fantastic training program, and are willing to provide comprehensive training to the right candidate.
Responsibilities
Pay: $58,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by implementing the Night Rider Janitorial Sales Model which includes cold calling (phone and in-person), networking, cross-selling, and referrals.
- Prepare and present sales proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status in our CRM system.
- Ultimate responsibility is to earn new customers by effectively differentiating Night Rider's level of services from our competitors.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
- A strong work ethic and burning desire do achieve great results.
Pay: $58,000.00 - $61,000.00 per year
