Aderas is looking for an Organizational Change Manager to join the team!
Our need is for an Organizational Change Management expert to help prepare users and stakeholders for the migration new financial management systems, facilitate the acceptance of the new solution amongst staff, and keep everyone informed of the projects status in a challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a Change Management Plan.
- Conduct Component level assessments to determine readiness for migration to a third-party service or DHS-hosted system.
- Review Component level communications, business process reengineering, user readiness, and training resources.
- Development of internal and external customer change management strategies to be used across multiple FSM programs.
- Identify key change management activities relating to program milestones.
- Develop and then execute the Component change management plans.
- Create and maintain a Stakeholder Management Plan that includes the framework and approach to identify people, groups, and organizations that are impacted by the DHS FSM program.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and document results.
- Perform stakeholder outreach efforts.
- Participate in and/or facilitate IPTs and associated working groups.
- Facilitate lessons learned sessions.
- Monitor DHS transition management activities associated with financial systems transformation within the Department.
- Refresh stakeholder analysis.
- Assist the PMO in developing change management strategy and updating communications strategy.
- Conduct workforce readiness assessments and update change management strategy accordingly.
- Provide advice to the PMO on developing communication and change management artifacts.
- Develop One-Stop portal for program information.
- Support Union Negotiation activities.
Required Qualifications
- US Citizen able to pass a government-level background check and obtain a Public Trust.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Management, Systems Science, Engineering, Math, or a related field
- 10+ years of relevant experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Federal Financial Systems experience
- Military experience
- Current or Recent experience supporting DHS
