Your Role: A Vital Contributor to Our Success
As an Order and Accounting Processor, you will play a key role in managing work orders and accounting functions, ensuring seamless operations that directly impact our business. Your responsibilities will encompass:
Work Order and Case Management:

Kick Off the Process: Jumpstart work orders and case management by gathering critical information from our sales and design teams about equipment, supplies, and estimated man hours.
Order Management: Create and issue work and purchase orders, while expertly handling case management software to monitor progress on work completion, shipments, and the delivery of essential resources.
Stay Organized: Match orders against vendor and manufacturer invoices, ensuring accuracy and initiating reconciliation as needed.
Follow-Up Champion: Act as a liaison by tracking the status of open purchase orders, keeping account managers informed, and ensuring timely deliveries.

Accounting & Data Management:

Data Entry Whiz: Perform meticulous customer and vendor data entry to maintain accurate, up-to-date records in our company software.
Transaction Expert: Handle financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, while preparing insightful financial reports.
Diligent Monitor: Keep an eye on variances in processes and inform supervisors to ensure everything remains on track.

Administrative Support:

Efficient Communication: Process emails for the accounting department accurately, prioritizing items based on urgency and directing correspondence to appropriate departments.
Customer Engagement: Answer phone calls and provide exceptional service to customers, vendors, and manufacturers, following up on inquiries as needed.
Diverse Challenges: Embrace a variety of administrative duties, contributing to the overall efficiency of our finance and accounting responsibilities.

Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours per week - enjoy an 8-hour shift!
