We are seeking a pleasant and reliable person anxious to assist patients and go the extra mile to guarantee a positive patient experience! It is imperative that the candidate possesses excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain a positive demeanor especially under hectic or adverse circumstances. We are looking for a true team player so if this sounds like you we want you on our team. Optical or sales experience preferred!
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Benefits:
- Assisting patients with appropriate eyewear selection
- Educating patients on various lens treatments
- Relaying to patients their insurance coverage then accurately determining peoples out of pocket costs
- Ordering and billing eyewear to patient’s insurances company
- Checking in and dispensing eyewear
- Eyewear repairs
- General office duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments…
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
