Operations Manager
**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Grain Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our grain elevator. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe handling of grain while also maintaining high-quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agricultural product operations, with experience in heavy equipment operation and elevator management.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage the overall operations of the facility.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized facility.
- Oversee the maintenance and repair of equipment, including mechanical knowledge to diagnose and address issues.
- Train and supervise staff to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
- Coordinate with management to develop and implement new processes and procedures.
- Manage inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with other departments, including maintenance, quality control, and customer service.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in grain elevator operations.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices.
- Mechanical knowledge and ability to repair equipment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
