About The Role: In this role, you will drive the success of the Olu Kai e-commerce business as the Manager of Merchandising. As the manager, you will develop the assortment strategies that inspire our customers for both our website and Amazon store front.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and drive merchandise assortments that meet customer needs that are aligned with the overall company strategy, resulting in increased earnings for the North America e-commerce business.
Drive the product and design team to create products for the e-commerce business. Help create briefs and identify key consumer moments where special product capsules or collaborations are needed outside of the commercial line plan.
Work hand in hand with the Buy Planner to ensure key programs are supported and backed with inventory to the category and overall sales plan.
Collaborate closely with Marketing, Creative, and Performance Marketing to drive demand through compelling digital ad and web content for the products you have merchandised.
Analyze historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunities by market, channel, division, and department.
Hindsight seasonal performance and deliver to the cross-functional teams to help improve performance for future seasons.
Communicate product sales results to the manager and cross-functional team every week.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with members of cross-functional team (Marketing, Product, Site Merchandising, Business Intelligence, Sourcing), setting expectations around prioritization and best practices around key deliverables.

Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Merchandising, Marketing, Supply Chain or a related field.
5-7 years of experience in buying, planning, or merchandising with at least 3 years in a management role.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Thrive in a highly collaborative environment.
Ability to implement and learn new systems and process with urgency.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and other data analysis tools.
Goal-oriented, with high standards of honesty, ethics, and personal accountability.
Awareness of market trends and consumer tastes.
Prefer knowledge of consumer goods in a lifestyle/footwear market.
Thrives in a fast-paced, ambiguous, ever-changing environment.
Ability to tell a concise story behind large data.

Full Circle Experience – preferred.
Location: This is an in-office hybrid position, mandatory 4 days per week in office, in Irvine, CA. Subject to change without notice as per company guidelines.
Compensation: The salary range for this position is $80,000 to $110,000 plus opportunity for annual bonus; salary is based on the experience that you bring to the position.
