Tousley is looking for an E-Commerce Associate for its fast-growing online sales department who has enthusiasm and is passionate about the motorsports industry...
Key Responsibilities:
· Receive incoming product from multiple vendors into the WMS System.
· Organize, label, and put away all incoming product.
· New product setup in WMS System, Shopify, Amazon, and e Bay. This includes descriptions, images, categorizing, tagging, ect.
· Create, manage, and update website content, such as landing pages, product listings, inventory control, etc.
· Review product listings and other website content for accuracy, and pricing updates.
· Provide customer service by answering questions and sharing information about products, shipping rates, and return policies.
· Implement changes, updates, and strategies to increase sales and improve conversion rates.
· Estimate stock requirements and monitor inventory levels.
· Pick, Pack, & label packages for shipping.
· Effectively multi-task with tight deadlines
· Engage in problem solving to support continuous improvement.
· OTHER DUTIES AS ASSIGNED
Ecommerce Associate Qualifications / Skills:
· 2+ years experience in e-commerce
· Proficiency in file management.
· Highly tech savvy and quick to learn new tools and platforms.
· Excellent attention to detail, the ability to plan strategically and to manage multiple tasks and projects.
· Advanced computer proficiency.
· Experience with Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and e Bay is a plus.
· Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional environment.
· Creative thinking and problem solving.
· Be able to be on your feet for extended lengths of time.
· Must be able to lift up to 50lbs.
· Must be able to work a few weekends a year.
· Must have a passion for Motorsports!

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $19.00 per hour
