Looking for someone to start Quickly,
The ideal Candidate will be a self starting, motivated, detail and task orientated. This position is full time
Knowledge of area greatly beneficial (from trapper creek to Sutton)
Duties Include:
Answering Phones,
Scheduling
Calling in Locates
Proficient in Quickbooks - enter in all transactions, billings and etc
Calling Customers for reminders
Collections
Coordinating between in house companies
Payroll
Mailings
Advertising Basics
Computers - Quickbooks, Quickbooks online Excell, PDF
Basically run the office for small busy septic pumping, excavation and Porta Potty company,
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
