Duties Description As an Office Assistant 2, you will perform a wide variety of complex clerical and administrative support activities, including: • Gathering and preparing data for reports• Preparing letters/correspondence• Data entry• Reviewing forms/applications for completeness• Coordinating and scheduling meetings• Maintaining paper and electronic files
