Job Title: Net Suite Administrator

About the Role: Our client, a prominent player in the manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced Net Suite Administrator to join their team. This fully remote position offers a the opportunity to manage and enhance the Net Suite environment, focusing particularly on the Advanced Manufacturing module. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our customer’s Net Suite instance to meet business needs and drive efficiency across manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Administer and manage the Net Suite ERP system, with a particular focus on the Advanced Manufacturing module.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all Net Suite-related needs, including system configuration, maintenance, and system upgrades.

Develop and implement tailored solutions within Net Suite to support business processes and specific requirements in manufacturing operations.

Collaborate with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into effective Net Suite functionalities.

Manage Net Suite user access and security in line with organizational policies and compliance standards.

Provide training and support to Net Suite users across the organization, ensuring they are equipped to utilize the system effectively.

Monitor system performance and work with Net Suite support to resolve any issues.

Keep abreast of new Net Suite features and functionalities, integrating them into the business environment to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Conduct regular data audits, maintain data integrity, and ensure system reliability.

Collaborate on cross-functional projects where Net Suite integration with other systems is required.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Net Suite Administrator, specifically within a manufacturing environment.

Solid understanding and practical experience with Net Suite’s Advanced Manufacturing module.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide solutions under tight deadlines.

Strong understanding of business processes related to manufacturing operations.

Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support users in a clear and understandable manner.

Net Suite Administrator certification is highly preferred.
