Duties
- Perform grooming services such as bathing, brushing, clipping, and styling pets
- Handle and restrain animals safely during grooming procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grooming area
- Communicate effectively with pet owners to understand their grooming preferences
- Monitor pets for health issues and report any concerns to the appropriate staff
-Van Location for grooming will be near 60563 and need to clean van after completing the shift.
Skills
- Experience in pet grooming .
- Ability to handle different breeds of dogs and cats with varying temperaments
- Strong customer service skills to interact with pet owners effectively
- Knowledge of animal behavior and restraint techniques
- Physical ability for heavy lifting and standing for extended periods
- Maintain a clean driving record
