Responsibilities:

MLS Planner/Scheduler responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Daily Maintenance data entry
Daily assistance to the Management Team
Daily assistance/interaction with hourly and Management employees
Communications with both internal and external departments
General Receptionist Duties
Daily and Weekly Time-sheet preparation
Filing as required
Various duties as required

This is an on-site position.

Qualifications:

Qualified candidates for the MLS Planner/Scheduler position should possess the following:

Must be familiar with Microsoft Word & Excel
Must be able to interpret data and create graphs
Possess efficient data entry skills
Good customer service skills
Good work history and attendance
Must be able to work with confidential matters
Team Player with good communication skills
Good Telephone etiquette skills
Possess a professional attitude/conduct
English/Spanish Bilingual Skills a plus
