The YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties is seeking a Member Services Director to join our team!

This position supports the work of the Y, a leading non-profit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility.
The Member Services Director works with senior branch staff to implement member services strategies that focus on recruitment and retention of members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct and organize member services team with a focus on member experience and retention.
- Coordinate and support program and membership enrollment and systems in support of member experience.
- Assist marketing efforts focused on internal/external marketing strategies and production of material to support member experience and retention.
- Track and utilize data to drive staffing schedule and experiential decisions.
- Distribute results, organize, and maintain reports.
- Supervise all aspects of membership accounting and processes to include all transactions.
- Key liaison to Association Engagement Center.

- I am excited to assist the staff leadership team in reaching annual campaign goals by recruiting campaigners, making personal asks, and supporting branch events
- Are willing and able to complete Child Abuse Prevention on the first day as well as other required online and on-person trainings as required.
- Must be able to pass Background and Reference checks (in accordance with the WA State Fair Chance Act).
Wage: $21.47 to $23.47 per hour, depending on qualifications
Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours per week
Location: Gordon Family YMCA, Sumner WA
