Key Responsibilities: Sales Development
Prospect and develop new business by targeting medical practices, healthcare providers, and clinics.
Identify potential clients and create a pipeline of leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and attending industry events.
Present and demonstrate the company’s medical services to physicians, practice administrators, and healthcare decision-makers.
Relationship Building
Establish and maintain strong relationships with doctors, office managers, and practice owners.
Understand the unique needs of each practice and propose tailored solutions based on their requirements.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Sales Execution
Conduct product presentations and negotiations, ensuring a clear understanding of our services and value propositions.
Close sales and meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare and deliver proposals, contracts, and pricing details.
Market Research and Feedback
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions.
Provide feedback to the management team on customer needs and market demands.
Help to shape marketing and sales strategies based on customer insights.
Collaboration and Reporting
Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service implementation and client satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM tools.

Qualifications: Experience:
Proven experience in medical sales, healthcare services
Experience in selling to doctors' practices or healthcare providers is a strong advantage.
