Medical Assistant - in Dermatology Clinic to Assist with Cancer Treatment
Part-time Medical Assistant, Monday-Thursday, Guaranteed 4 hours/day
We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic, and organized part time medical assistant in the Tehachapi, CA area. Each day will be a guaranteed 4 hours/day. The successful candidate will prioritize patient satisfaction, be a quick learner, and work well with others. The position is a part-time position, dependent on experience.
Very personally satisfying working with a radiation therapist to curatively treat patients with non-melanoma skin cancer.
There is potential for bonus based on performance with very competitive pay and benefits for the right individual if interested.
Responsibilities
High interaction with patients: scheduling treatments, chart and medical records acquisition, assisting with delivering radiation therapy, and documenting clinical work.
Hours/Days
The typical work week will be 4 days/week, Monday-Thursday with a guaranteed 4 hours/day.
Qualifications
Experience in medical setting with electronic medical record knowledge is desired, but not required.
Skills
A self-starter who is eager to learn with a positive attitude.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
