What You'll Do
Responsible for the handling and distribution of materials to the respective manufacturing lines, also responsible for moving finished product.
Position Overview:
Arrow Workforce Solutions is currently looking for Material Handlers for a leading Electrical Client located in Las Piedras, PR. We offer full-time hours with overtime available as per business needs and a friendly and safe work environment.
What You’ll Do:
The Material Handler performs all material handling functions in the assigned area, including receiving, stocking, and distributing materials, with minimal supervision. Responsibilities also include moving finished products.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, store, and distribute materials to the production line.
- Follow security policies and procedures.
- Perform duties according to Job Safety Analysis (JSA) training.
- Use and care for personal protective equipment.
- Ensure personal and co-worker safety.
- Report unsafe conditions to supervisors or Safety Officers.
- Observe and enforce established safety rules.
- Contribute ideas to improve plant health and safety.
- Be attentive to accident prevention in the work area.
- Implement the plant's Safety Policy.
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: One (1) year in a similar or related position
- Licenses: Valid driver's license in Puerto Rico
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Punctuality and responsibility
- Good communication skills
- Organizational skills
- Team player
Pay: $11.45 per hour
Work Location: In person
