We are seeking an experienced MARKETING SPECIALIST to become an integral part of our SERVICE/SALES division. The primary responsibility of this fast-paced position includes leading strategic campaign development, digital brand and client-centric focused sales and marketing materials; market sector research; public relations; event management and more. We seek an independent strong communicator, detail-oriented professional with the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting critical deadlines in a virtual reporting environment.

Essential Duties:

Lead production and organization of multiple marketing deliverables; balance short-term marketing priorities with long-term strategies
Lead planning and implementation of events such as trade shows, recruiting events, etc
Write and lead specific communications for project and personnel releases
Coordination of events that support awareness of all Arden Building Companies in their local markets
Contribute to the development of strategic content of our website and digital communication channels
Support production of introductory packages, select proposals, presentations, and other client submissions as needed
Regular travel (up to 20%) to subsidiary companies and project sites as needed
Meet established deadlines

Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail
Technical writing skills to showcase complex case studies for projects and services
Creative and strategic mindset that seeks ways to enhance client-centric messaging
Proficiency in desktop publishing, Abode Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office

Minimum Requirements:
Three (3)+ years of experience in the mechanical HVAC construction and service industry
Associates Degree Required, Bachelor’s Degree Preferred in Communications, Marketing, or English
