This job is NOT EASY.
LEARNING the mail is DIFFICULT. Once you learn this route through it becomes beautiful and much easier. So if you can stick it out and are tough, after two weeks you will breeze through it.
MONDAY -SATURDAY (6 days a week)
Job Overview:
We are seeking two dedicated Mail Carriers to join our team. As a Mail Carrier, you will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of mail to various locations. This position involves driving a commercial vehicle and ensuring the safe transportation of mail items.
Responsibilities:
- Organize entire route prior to departure.
- Load and unload mail items onto delivery vehicles
- Drive commercial vehicles such as vans and tractor-trailers to transport mail
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding delivery schedules
- Handle moving and lifting of mail packages in a warehouse setting
Qualifications:
- NEED YOUR OWN VEHICLE that can fit 120 units of mail. SUV is better. NO SMALL CARS. Please ONLY APPLY IF YOU HAVE AT LEAST 120 cubic feet of cargo space. Must be willing to convert vehicle to right hand drive.
- Ability to load and unload mail items in a warehouse environment
- Strong communication skills to coordinate delivery schedules

Preparing the route takes on average about 2 hours (Once you know the route).
The route is split into two parts. The first part takes about 2 and a half hours. The SECOND half takes about 2 hours to complete.
