Prime Time Healthcare is looking for a LTC LPN- Days - 48 Hours Per Week - 8 Week Contract - ASAP Start in Millbank, SD.
$500 Travel Allowance!
Shifts: 12s/potential for 16s
6a-6:30p/6p-6:30a

Patient Ratios:
CNA: 1:16
LPN: 1:16
RN 1:16
Scrub Requirements: Clean, Appropriate, Closed toed Shoes
Facility Provided Housing Details:
Empty wing-private room. Resident communal shower, but not in used currently. Doors can be locked from the inside only. Food could be stored in community kitchen in that locked wing. If available, room at assisted living. Private with shower
and mini fridge. Guests not allowed at either location. Bedding provided, if
wanted, at either location.
******Can also find their own housing if they choose******
Lunch Break:
Lunch break is 30 minutes; clock in and out for lunch via
facility time clock. Radio that you are leaving for lunch.
Breaks auto deducted if not clocked out.
