. Responsibilities:
As a project, manages and coordinates the correct execution of the whole supply chain of the company, to complete the startup, in the time frame and quality necessary, of many new or redesigned businesses which need special requirements.
Manage the assigned team based on requirements from the Sales, Operations and Administration’s requests.
Ensure the execution of the logistics team in the timeframe and quality needed for each request.
Design logistics based on the needs of our customer, operations capabilities, and finding the most cost-effective solution for the Sale team.
Create quotes and follow item creation procedures when any current business needs change.
Maintain control of the team’s workflow based on requests received via Helpdesk and/ or email, from internal clients.
Requests process or costs, as needed, from Buyers in order to complete requests on time.
Provide pricing for Sales Opportunity Report, to be discussed every week during the Sales Meeting.
Create the Weekly Sales Opportunity Report, to be discussed every week during the Sales Meeting.
Identify and prioritize current businesses, for which logistics can be improved, seeking to decrease costs and improve margin.
Collaborate and coordinate efforts with Buyers in order to develop new solutions for current or new businesses.
Work with Logistics team and assign active business’s “special project” to seek improvements, lowering current costs.
