Loader/Unloader

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Loader/Unloader to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and effective loading and unloading of materials and products. This role requires a strong attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate various warehouse equipment. The Loader/Unloader will play a crucial role in ensuring that inventory is accurately managed and that operations run smoothly.
Duties
The main function of duties includes cleaning, loading, unloading, and to perform additional tasks in order to process product. Responsible for handling the shipping and receiving of product as it arrives. Responsible for entering data on Purchase Orders as product arrives. Responsible for loading product in a timely but sufficient manner according to the instructions on job ticket or under the direct supervision of lead operator. Responsible for entering the appropriate data on job ticket. On certain occasions by instruction of lead operator will measure surface hardness specified by customer, using Rockwell Hardness Tester. Completes daily production logs and forms to comply with quality system requirements. Performs all other duties as assigned by the lead operator.
Experience

Two or more years experience in a heat treat or manufacturing environment preferred
Good written & verbal communication skills
Ability to identify problems & taking actions to resolve
Ability to multi-task
High school diploma or equivalent
