Key Responsibilities

Loading & Unloading Precision: Safely load and unload food deliveries, carefully handling items to preserve freshness and quality, upholding AJI Sushi & Grill’s high standards and minimizing product damage.
Inventory Management: Accurately verify and document incoming shipments to maintain reliable stock levels, supporting kitchen efficiency and a seamless culinary operation.
Optimal Storage & Organization: Arrange ingredients following health and safety guidelines, maximizing storage and supporting kitchen workflows to enhance chefs' access to fresh ingredients.
Equipment Operation: Operate material-handling equipment such as pallet jacks and hand trucks safely, adhering to safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
Quality Assurance: Inspect all incoming goods thoroughly to confirm they meet AJI Sushi & Grill’s strict quality standards, ensuring only premium ingredients reach our kitchen.

Qualifications

Experience: Previous experience in logistics or warehouse operations is advantageous but not required. A strong work ethic, attention to detail, and dedication to team success are essential.
Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and moving heavy items, to maintain efficiency in our fast-paced environment.
