Job Description
Responsibilities include the following:

Proper bird placements
Implementing and controlling field compliance with grow out, disease prevention, and quality programs.
Coordinating with and informing technical, personnel, administrative, service, and other managers of any information that could affect their decisions or influence bird performance.
Maintain good inter-company, community and employer/employee relations.
Assist in the development and submission of proposals, budgets, and projections

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science degree in Animal science, Ag-business, or related field preferred.
Must have a minimum 3-5 years of production supervisory experience.
Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented. Must have the ability to multi-task and change direction.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
Must have knowledge of basic accounting principles and solid knowledge of PC -Excel and Word.
Must be highly self-motivated, assertive, objective, resourceful, and work independently with little supervision.
Must have strong problem solving skills, sound judgment and critical thinking ability.
Must have a strong mathematical and mechanical aptitude.
Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
