What We’re Looking For:

A litigation rockstar who thrives in court and can handle hearings, mediations, and trials with confidence.
A versatile attorney skilled in estate planning, probate, and long-term care benefits (Medicaid) and litigation, providing client-centered, high-quality legal services.
A natural leader who can manage the day-to-day operations of an office, including clients, team members, revenue goals, and caseloads.
Someone ready to kick-start their day with a daily morning meeting to set the tone and inspire their team.
A self-motivated, ethical professional who can ensure the firm delivers outstanding client service while generating revenue.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee and manage your office’s operations, including a supportive team of educated and skilled paralegals.
Lead efforts across four core departments: Litigation, Estate Planning, Benefits (Medicaid), and Probate.
Balance managing a full caseload with providing guidance and mentorship to your team.
Deliver outstanding client experiences and ensure legal services are effective and impactful.
Drive firm revenue with a tiered commission-based earning model—the more you earn for the firm, the more you earn for yourself!
