The Summit-An Eaton Senior Community, a new apartment community that opened in late summer 2019, is seeking a qualified Leasing Manager to join our team. Must love working with seniors and be willing to embrace our core values of teamwork, community, respect, integrity, and professionalism. Must exhibit exceptional customer service. The Leasing Manager will be the vital link to bringing prospects through the move-in process to achieve the optimum level of occupancy for The Summit. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Meeting or exceeding occupancy and revenue rates and facilitating the move-in process, as well as acting as an advocate on behalf of The Summit’s residents by providing information and resources as needed.
The primary responsibilities include maintaining a fair and equitable leasing process that ensures proper procedures and documentation of tenant eligibility, compliance with local, state and federal regulations, and linking residents to internal and external community resources to support aging well.
All leasing responsibilities, as well as acting as the resident advocate for the Community Consultation Team.
The Leasing Manager will work in conjunction with team members to lease up the community by providing tours and information for prospective residents, ensuring the eligibility of tenants, facilitating the move-in process, and acting as a resident advocate by providing access and information to community resources after resident move-ins.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited school in a related field of study. Experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
At least two (2) years of strong experience in a Director of Sales and Marking role.
At least three (3) years of strong experience in leasing.
Must pass background check paid for by the company.
