Front face customer service, greeting people upon entry, answering phones, replying to emails, conducting follow-ups, giving in-person and virtual tours to any prospects wishing to lease an apartment.
Utilize sales guidelines to sell apartments, follow up on prospects, accurately complete required documentation, and move in new residents.
Provide exceptional customer service, monitor renewals, and strive for resident retention.
Maintain and post on the business social platforms- marketing & advertising
Participate in determining and execute marketing and advertising strategies.
Ensure quality and quantity of make ready apartments and prompt completion of service requests.
Enforce resident compliance with community policies and procedures.
Comply with all aspects of the federal Fair Housing Act, state Fair Housing laws, and local occupancy standards.

If occupancy is a concern, the office will be open on Saturdays. Please refer to your Regional Property Manager for specific requirements. This is on a rotation between the Property Manager and Leasing team.
