- Build strong, meaningful relationships with truck drivers by providing legendary world-class customer service that is second to none.
- Revives, revamps, and streamlines the Orientation process for New Hires. Proactively probes into innovative methods to make the onboarding experience engaging, fun, and exciting for our New Hires, while ensuring they are set up for success to have a long career with ELE Logistics.
- Serves as a Brand Ambassador for ELE Logistics.
- Trains, coaches, develops, mentors, and empowers truck drivers on industry leading safety practices, while ensuring ELE Logistics is following local, State, Federal, FMCSA, and OSHA regulations.
- Enforces Corrective Action Plans (Coaching for Success), retraining, and enhances driver engagement by leveraging software such as Motive and Axonify.
- Maintains CDL-A driver qualification files per DOT guidelines
- Responsible for owning the safety performance for around 35 CDL-A drivers.
- Ensures drivers’ Clearing House is up to date and accurate.
- Maintains driver logs while training, coaching, developing, and empowering drivers around best practices.
- Immediately addresses any safety concerns with a sense of urgency, and fosters a culture around safety, operational excellence, and teamwork.
- Four Year College Degree Preferred, but not required
