Blue Roots is an experienced team of sign installation and service experts, and we are looking to grow our team! We are currently looking for a Lead Sign Installer to join our team in Charlotte, NC.
What we offer:
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week

- 3+ Years of previous sign installation experience as a lead installer
- Experience leading an installation team
- Must have a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service
- Safety and quality focused
- Either must have or will be able to obtain a CDL
- No fear of heights (work in heights of 70+ feet)
- Certified Welder (UL 48) is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal and communication skills
- Wire channel letters and cabinet signs using neon/LEDs/lamps
- Vinyl application on sign faces/customer’s store fronts
- Driving and running the bucket and crane truck
- Installing channel letters with or without a raceway/reverse channel letters
- Installing lighted cabinets/monument signs/EMC’s
- Site Surveys
- Troubleshooting electrical signs
- Fabricating channel letter faces (acrylic, vinyl, and jewel lite)
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 60 per week
