Citizens National Bank has an excellent opportunity available in our Operations Center in Bluffton, Ohio for a Lead Operations Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for a variety of regular and recurring moderately to highly complex operational and accounting functions to support bank operations.

Citizens National Bank has an excellent opportunity available in our Operations Center in Bluffton, Ohio for a Lead Operations Specialist. In this role you will be responsible for a variety of regular and recurring moderately to highly complex operational and accounting functions to support bank operations.
A typical day may include the following:
- Responsible for providing leadership and guidance of department in absence of VP Operations Manager
- Evaluating processes in department and looking for efficiencies.
- Monitor and address all non-post, stop pays, positive pay or NSF items on a daily basis
- Process foreign items and returned mail
- Responsibility for all debit card matters including but not limited to ordering debit cards; maintenance, hot cards and pin reorders
- Addressing ATM matters including but not limited to maintenance and disputes
- Process chargeback's, ACH items, wires and CD/IRAs
- Verify that signatures on all wires are in compliance with Bank policy
- Process daily reports and settlements
- Monitor and process lockbox items, new account documents and handling account exceptions
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- Two years' experience desired.
- Must have stellar written and verbal communication skills.
- High level of professionalism
- Ability to define problems, collects data, establishes facts of difficult procedural and technical nature and draw valid conclusions.
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft products.
