This is an experienced lead position, and the ultimate candidate will have at least 2+4years of skilled gutter and/or exterior construction experience. A positive attitude is a must, as well as the ability to properly, and comfortably interact with clients and lead other employees. You will be developed for leadership in the field, to be part of a family, and to grow with an established brand.

Experienced Gutter Installer Requirements:

• Experience in gutter installation
• Positive attitude
• Desire to grow with the company
• Team Player
• Excellent communication skills
• Home improvement, carpentry, or other relevant construction experience is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions/seasons
• Willingness to work overtime
• A desire to establish a positive work culture
• OSHA certification and/or ladder safety training preferred
• Previous experience specifically related to gutter services and installation, and a passion for all things gutters!

Experienced Gutter Installer Minimum Requirements:

• Construction/Gutters
• Must be 18 or older
• Must have a valid driver’s license
