- Face of the clinic. Responsible for greeting clients and providing positive client experience
- Manage clinic’s appointment schedule
- Manage client calls and messages
- Prep client folders for doctors and staff
- Highly organized and detail orientated
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Confident and calm
- Team player and independently driven
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
