Lead Car Wash Installer - (Extensive Travel Required)
FREQUENT TRAVEL REQUIRED: This position involves extended travel, with on-site work for up to 3 weeks at a time. All lodging, travel, and per diem expenses are covered. Relocation to Charlotte, NC is required, and relocation assistance is provided.

- Self-sufficient and driven, taking full responsibility for each project’s success.
- Detail-oriented, ensuring every task is completed the right way the first time.
- Strong technical skills in mechanical, electrical, or construction trades.
- Independent worker who excels at leading, mentoring, and communicating effectively with a team.
- Lead a team of installers on projects across the U.S., ensuring efficiency, safety, and maintaining high standards on-site.
- Collaborate with project managers and troubleshoot issues for successful projects.
- Travel 90% of the time, working out of town for up to 3 weeks at a time.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, with hands-on experience in installations or construction, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
- Experience leading teams and managing multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
