Physical Requirements:
To provide daily maintenance of Resort grounds. Maintenance includes but not limited to watering plants, mowing grass, trimming trees, raking lawn and other areas, sweeping and general cleaning of all areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Basic knowledge of yard and gardening tools
- Knowledge and ability to operate equipment, bobcat, skid steer
- Team player and team leader
- Ability to communicate effectively; written and oral
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years technical training or equivalent maintenance technician experience
- Able to lift/carry supplies or equipment of 50lbs or more with frequent reaching stooping, bending and kneeling
- Extensive walking and standing
- Manual dexterity and mobility required
- Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
- Ability to demonstrate good judgment when dealing with guests and staff members
Physical Requirements:
Light work standing and walking frequently for up to entire work shift. Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, including constantly to reach, lift, carry, push, pull, bending, squatting, twisting and turning.
