Landscape Laborer Qualifications:
Previous customer service / customer interaction background preferred but not required
Previous sales or industry-related experience is an asset but not required
Two year degree or some college preferred but not required
Valid driver's license with solid driving record required
Professional appearance with excellent oral and written communication skills
Advanced problem solving skills and proven time management
Ability to work in a team and results-oriented environment
Energetic and positive
Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds (8-10) hours per day
Able and willing to work in various weather conditions
Landscape Laborer Responsibilities:
Working on landscape maintenance: mowing, edging, pruning, trimming shrubs, pine straw, planting shrubs, trees, seasonal annuals, flower programs, etc.
Working with irrigation systems within residential and commercial properties
Directly communicating with clients and professionally handling conversations about products, services, and landscape work needed
Documenting estimates and quotes for clients pre-sale and post-sale conversations
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $1,700.00 - $2,700.00 per month Benefits:
