Three (3) year’s experience in landscape construction
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities:
Installing hardscape and softscape structures, such as retaining walls, stairs, lawns, plants, patios, pathways, driveways and lighting
Utilize tools and equipment such as trucks, trailers, shovels, pickaxes, wheelbarrows, landscape rakes, bubble levels, tape measures, concrete saws, SK or Dingos and plate compactors
Install and adjust irrigation systems to ensure all systems are in proper working condition
Participate in de-icing and removal of snow and ice from walks, driveways and parking lots for various residential and commercial properties
Conduct loading, unloading and carrying of materials
Ensure that job is completed in the most time-efficient manner
Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including work site and equipment
Teaches and leads in the correct company safety standards
Supervise landscape layout and installation per customer proposals and plans
Assist the Project Manager in leading a crew of technicians, communicating to the Project Manager about personnel issues, and assisting in the training of employees on policies and procedures.
Schedule:
8- 10 hour shifts Monday - Friday. Night and weekend work during a snow and ice event.
Hiring Bonus- $500 paid after 2 full weeks of employment, $500 after 30 days, $1,000 after 45 days of employment & remaining $1,000 paid after completing 60 days of employment.
