Key Responsibilities:

Conduct residential and commercial field inspections using smartphone cameras and applications.
Collaborate with insured individuals, contractors, and adjusters to investigate claims and determine the nature and cause of losses.
Provide accurate assessments and detailed reports to assigned adjusters, explaining the extent of damage found.
Utilize photo documentation to complete thorough roof assessments and property condition surveys.
