Kitchen and Bath Designer

Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for kitchen design and remodeling, with a strong ability to connect with customers and understand their needs. This role involves working closely with clients to create functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen spaces while providing exceptional customer service throughout the design process.
Duties

Collaborate with clients to assess their kitchen needs and preferences, offering tailored design solutions.
Utilize design software to create detailed kitchen layouts and renderings.
Manage the entire design process from initial consultation through project completion, ensuring client satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of kitchen trends, materials, and technologies to provide informed recommendations.
Conduct outside sales activities to promote kitchen design services and generate new business.
Assist clients in selecting materials, fixtures, and finishes that align with their vision and budget.
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records of sales transactions using POS systems and retail math principles.
Organize project timelines and ensure all deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience

Proven experience in kitchen design or a related field is preferred.
Strong background in outside sales, customer service, or remodeling is highly desirable.
Proficiency in design software (e.g., CAD) is a plus.
Bilingual skills in Spanish are an advantage but not required.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
