Responsibilities
Primary Focus: Lead the transition for new buildings joining Daisy, ensuring consistent and efficient execution of all steps.
Serve as the main contact for board members and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication during transitions.
Collaborate with other departments in Daisy to identify and implement process improvements.
Take ownership of projects, driving them to completion with minimal supervision.
Identify and address underperformance and improve processes.
Requirements:
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in business operations \ project management \ Implementation Manager \ General Operations.
Excellent English communication skills.

Proven ability to manage recurring processes with high motivation and resilience.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complex processes.
High reliability and accountability.
Comfortable making calls and engaging with customers.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, clarify paths forward, and identify areas needing development.
