Responsibilities of the Junior Account Manager include:
Providing detailed information to customers about the program, enrollment process, and eligibility requirements for services.
Preparing and delivering sales presentations to potential clients to showcase the benefits and features of the products or services
Reviewing and processing customer account applications accurately and efficiently in our CRM system.
Verifying the eligibility of applicants based on established criteria and requirements given by our clients.
Tracking and maintaining organized documentation of applicants and their enrollment status.
Collaborating with the sales team to improve customer engagement strategy and ensure a smooth enrollment process for customers.
Assisting applicants in resolving any concerns that may arise during the enrollment process.
Gaining a deep understanding of the company's products or services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
Ideal qualities of the Junior Account Manager include:
High School Diploma or GED is ideal
Prior experience as a sales representative, account management, client relations, or community outreach.
Comfortable talking to customers to deliver sales pitches and presentations.
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to relate to any customer.
Organized and responsible when handling customers’ personal information.
Keen eye for detail when proofreading, correcting, and reviewing enrollment form submissions.
Ability to negotiate and close sales deals, as well as negotiate terms and conditions with clients
