Job Developer
The Shadowfax Corporation is a private, non-profit human services agency that supports individuals with disabilities and/or autism. Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.80 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Benefits:
Work Location: In person
- Full-time, 40hrs per week assisting individuals with disabilities in their job search; includes some evenings, early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- $19.80/hr
- Responsible for ensuring positive employment outcomes for individuals by providing career counseling, job preparation training and skill development, job search/coaching services, and other employment services
- Develop relationships with local employers and community organizations to create job opportunities for individuals.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with at least 3 years of good driving experience with your license, and must meet our driver eligibility criteria
- CESP certification or ACRE Basic Employment Certificate within 18 months of hire is required
- Basic computer skills required
- High school diploma/GED and at least 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities in an employment setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Disability Services, Social Services, Business, Education or other related field
