Janitorial Worker Wanted
Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our facilities maintenance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our residential, commercial, and industrial spaces. The ideal candidate will have experience in janitorial services, floor care, and custodial work.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all areas of the facility, including offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common spaces
- Perform heavy-duty cleaning tasks, such as buffing and industrial cleaning
- Operate various cleaning equipment, including scrubbers, vacuums, and mops
- Maintain the cleanliness of floors, walls, and windows
- Truck mounted carpet cleaning van
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are properly stocked and stored
- Keep facilities well-ventilated and free of clutter
- Perform other janitorial duties as needed
Experience:
Applicants should have prior experience in janitorial services, including custodial work, floor care, and facilities maintenance. Experience commercial cleaning is also highly valued. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be physically fit, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must have own transportation and a license.
