Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Part-Time Janitorial Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations, support the cleaning team, and ensure all client expectations are met. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a leadership position and is committed to maintaining high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Provides leadership and direction to team members.
Maintains open communication between field employees and management.
Delivers positive coaching to team members to ensure high-quality performance.
Assists with creating daily and weekly work schedules.
Oversees and performs cleaning operations in assigned buildings.
Manages keys and access cards for the property.
Reports damaged, broken, or non-functioning features/items promptly.
Ensures premises are secured at all times.
Oversees and performs additional service requests (tag jobs) as needed.
Coordinates job scheduling with the Area Manager, Property Manager, and cleaning crew.
Supervises the scheduling and daily tasks of the cleaning crew.
Monitors job quality and confirms task completion with the Area Manager.
Provides training to all new hires assigned to the building.
Attends and actively participates in all meetings and training sessions involving assigned property and crew.
Completes and validates timesheets for team members, ensuring accuracy, and submits them to the office.
Inspects supplies, equipment, and chemicals weekly.
Completes and submits order forms for supplies and equipment accurately.
Coordinates equipment usage and maintains inventory records.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role (janitorial experience preferred).
Strong organizational and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Reliable transportation to commute to job sites as needed.
Basic computer proficiency for scheduling and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in janitorial or commercial cleaning services.
Knowledge of cleaning equipment, products, and safety protocols.
