IT Service Delivery Manager
The IT Service Delivery Manager is responsible for managing the overall delivery of IT services to our internal and external technology users. The manager is responsible for leading a team of technical support special at each of our locations. They provide support, supervise staff, and provide direction and mentorship in tech support and service delivery. They are responsible to maintain and enhance any ITIL application in order to improve the department efficiency.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Oversees the delivery of interactive technology services to students, staff, and teachers.
- Establishes processes and procedures designed to ensure consistent quality service performance.
- Monitors employees, contractors, and vendors to develop quality improvement processes.
- Monitors, control and support service delivery; ensuring systems, methodologies and procedures are in place and followed.
- Drives internal and third-party service review meetings covering performance, service improvements, quality and processes.
- Designs, integrations, testing, installation, and support of the APS Interactive Technology infrastructure.
- Maintains and reports all interactive assets as-is presently and in the future.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the appropriate administrator.
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, equivalent discipline or job-related experience.
- 5 years of experience in interactive technology design and service delivery support.
- Direct experience in installation or maintenance tasks, web technologies, installing and configuring laptops, desktops, interactive whiteboards and related software.
- Experience installing, testing and configuring Audio Visual Systems, Multimedia Technology and Computer based interactive applications.
- An understanding and knowledge of Project Management.
- Must have strong technical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to problem solve and resolve conflict.
- Ability to build strong working relationships.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated leadership skills to oversee other employees.
- Knowledge in Incident, Request, Problem, Change, and Configuration
- ITIL Foundation Certification, SMART and/or Promethean Certifications preferred.
