Your tasks
Working with the IT Support Technicians, your role will be to support the needs of the team. Typically, this will involve travelling to the various Springdale sites, to pickup & return equipment to be investigated / fixed. Your role will start with the ticket being raised, requesting support in whatever the user needs. Working with the Technician assigned, you will determine if a remote resolution is possible, & if not, you will arrange with the user to pick-up or return the equipment, ensuring safe delivery at the various sites. A company vehicle will be provided for this, so a full driving licence is required.
