Qualifications
ASSESSMENT FACTORS
1. Authors and disseminates high-interest items based on client requirements or interests.
2. Improves and expands collaborative relationships with clients or their proxies to assess and fulfill intelligence needs.
3. Determines and prioritizes critical intelligence gaps to unique or complex analytic problems and coordinates with collection managers to tailor collection requirements that encourage effective client decision-making.
4. Demonstrates expertise in analyzing persistent infrared or MASINT data.
5. Demonstrates effective working knowledge of collection capabilities and skillful use of federated IC and Do D data analysis tools.
HIGHLY DESIRED SKILLS
1. (U) Extensive experience analyzing S&TI data and reporting / communicating analysis results to abroad range of Do D & IC customers.
2. (U) Extensive experience leading and mentoring analysts in processing and analyzing S&TI data collected from foreign missile systems.
3. (U) Comprehensive knowledge of and experience with the tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination process for S&TI data.
Additional information
DIA positions are Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) positions in the Excepted Service under 10 U.S.C. 1601. All applicants must be U.S. citizens at the time of application.
