Boulo is helping our client, a high-end residential construction firm in Homewood, as they search for an Interior and Architecture Designer to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong aesthetic sense and the ability to translate client needs into functional and visually appealing spaces. This role involves collaborating with clients, architects, and other design professionals to create innovative interior environments that enhance the quality of life and culture of the occupants.

Responsibilities of the Interior Architect Designer:
- Develop and present design concepts that align with client objectives and preferences.
- Utilize design software such as Revit, 3ds Max, and Micro Station to create detailed drawings and 3D models.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision, budget, and requirements for each project.
- Prepare design documentation, including specifications for materials, furnishings, and finishes.
- Conduct site visits to assess existing conditions and ensure project alignment with design intent.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and other professionals to ensure successful project execution.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or a related field.
- Proficiency in design software such as Revit, Solid Works, 3ds Max, Micro Station, or Grasshopper is preferred.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, space planning, and color theory.
- Excellent graphic design skills for creating presentations and visual aids.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
