Pay Range: State Teacher Interim Salary + [8.5% - 16% local supplement]
Position Purpose: To help students improve reading processes and skills that will contribute to their educational and social development.
Minimum Degree Level: Bachelor's Degree (click here for more info about Master's pay) Alternative Licensed Pathways: If you are offered a position with BCS, our licensure specialist can share information on the 1-year Emergency License and later work with you to convert this to a Residency License. Qualifications:

- 2.7 GPA (undergraduate coursework or post-graduate coursework)
